For your convenience, Dr. Hawkins accepts most major credit cards, cash, or check. Fees are collected at the time of service.

Psychological Assessment:

  • $250 for a 90 minute intake appointment
  • $210 per hour for administration of assessments, scoring the assessments, writing the report, and a feedback session

Psychotherapy:

  • $180 per session (45-50 minutes)

*Dr. Hawkins is considered “out of network” with insurance companies. In other words, Dr. Hawkins is not on insurance panels and insurance coverage will not cover services provided by Dr. Hawkins, in full. However, often insurances companies will cover a portion of mental health services provided by out of network providers and a superbill will be created for you, which can be submitted to the insurance company for possible reimbursement.
